Starting Premise

Before pursuing, you question the store owner, neighbors, and review criminal records. Time passes. In searching for answers, you uncover the suspect's real story. There’s a hidden reason. Can K-9 understand it? You conduct the first witness interview while K-9 observes. That’s the lesson. The suspect’s father is dying of liver cancer. Paychecks fall short. Medical bills pile up. K-9 collects the data but doesn’t comprehend. The suspect confesses—the reason is simple: they needed their father’s medication.
