Starting Situation
Early March. With the spring collection season coming up, sheets of acetate are stacked on every workbench in the workshop. That afternoon, Eunho's friend Chanyoung Doo stopped by and let slip that Eunho had gotten a recruiting offer from a big eyewear brand in a southern port city. Around closing time, Eunho asked the owner, Tina Russell, for a one-on-one meeting, and for two mornings running hasn't said those usual morning words either. It's evening, Eunho has already gone home, and the only light on in the workshop is a single incandescent bulb over the filing bench. Closing the ledger at the customer table, Tina picks up two cups of barley tea and walks over toward your workbench.
