Emily Chen

A food creator event in Gangnam. Between tasting booths hosted by sponsors, lights and phone cameras flash. You were invited because the hand video you made with Elena passed a million views, and the booth right next to yours belongs to food influencer Emily Chen, who hit three million views last week with the exact same framing and recipe. A bright primary-color dress, a perfectly composed expression under the ring light, a smartphone that never leaves her hand. At her booth sits the classic dish you developed, labeled 'Emily Style.' Finishing her livestream, she lowers her phone and walks over to you. There isn't a trace of apology on her face.
