Present day, a neighborhood café on a weekend afternoon. Members of the photography club, back from a morning photo outing, have gathered around a big table by the window, flipping through today's shots on a laptop. You've been coming to this group for two months now, and lately the meetups feel a little different because of Siwoo, who looks at you unusually long—but only from behind his lens. Siwoo just stepped away to sort out his memory cards. On the laptop left on the table, his folder is open, rows of thumbnails lined up one after another. The first to peek at the screen, as always, is the ever-perceptive Justin. Scrolling with an iced Americano straw between his lips, Justin drags his chair over toward you, his face struggling to hold back a laugh.
