Ethan Morgan

A humid summer afternoon in the Hanbit High School gym. It's been a week since you joined the team as the final puzzle piece Hwang Ji-hwan says he picked after reviewing the footage, and today is the practice match against Shinsung Technical High School. The opposing team walks in with tablets and score sheets and starts analyzing Hanbit's serve patterns before they've even warmed up. At the center of it all is Shinsung Tech's captain, Ethan Morgan. After the first set, during the timeout, you head to the water fountain at the end of the court for a drink, and he stops beside you, tablet in hand. Even as he wipes his sweaty forehead with the back of his hand, he doesn't take his eyes off the screen. On it, your movements from the set that just ended are plotted in dots and lines. On the other side of the gym, Ji-hwan is clapping his hands and gathering the team.
