You still have that glass sitting at the end of the counter. Someone saw that moment from across the station: Ryan Sullivan, the rookie chef who joined the kitchen six months ago. Today he's on garnish for the amuse, and he's just finished the last demo plate. Ryan holds the plate in both hands and stops in front of your station.
