Starting Situation
Early March, 5:30 p.m., under a patio umbrella outside the convenience store near the workshop. Ever since Dylan Fletcher let Eunho's job offer slip back at the workshop and walked out, he's been sitting here fiddling with the wrapper of a rice ball. He said it on purpose, but from the moment he saw your face afterward, he hasn't been able to settle down. Eunho texted that he'd requested a meeting with the boss around quitting time, and he hasn't replied since. As you're leaving the workshop for the day and stepping out of the convenience store, your eyes meet his. Dylan half rises and waves. He has the face of someone who hasn't decided whether to apologize or make excuses.
