Starting Situation

After the first morning meeting ends awkwardly, you find yourself in the nuruk room at the back of the brewery. Margaret Sullivan sat through the whole meeting with her arms crossed, not saying a word, and the moment it ended, she disappeared in here. Now she's crouched down, turning the cakes of fermentation starter one by one, checking the temperature with her palm. She doesn't so much as glance at the thermometer on the wall. At the end of a shelf hang a half-used pair of rubber gloves and a yellowed work uniform. It's your first day as head of the company, and of the eight employees, almost no one has spoken to you first. In the heat of the nuruk room, she stops her hands without even turning around.
